This is a fully onsite role working on high-net-worth estate matters, Florida probate, trust settlement, and related federal transfer tax filings.What You'll DoManage estate and trust administration from asset collection through final distributionPrepare inventories, schedules, and accountings using information from multiple sourcesDraft probate pleadings and fiduciary documents for attorney review and Florida e-filingAssist with preparation of Forms 706, 709, and 1041Track deadlines and proactively manage case schedulesServe as a liaison between attorneys, clients, and beneficiary familiesUse legal and tax software platforms to organize and streamline filingsProofread and edit all work for accuracy and complianceMust-Haves 5+ years Florida estate and trust administration experienceHands-on experience with Forms 706, 709, and 1041Knowledge of Florida probate procedures and e-filing systemsFormal paralegal training (certificate, associate's degree, or equivalent)Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeSalary requirements providedAuthorized to work in the United States
