Salary $140,000 – $200,000 per year (DOE) 401(k) with matching Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Additional firm perksJob DetailsResponsibilities Lead trust and estate litigation matters end to end, including case strategy, budgeting, and timelines. Draft and argue pleadings, law and motion, discovery, trial briefs, and settlement agreements. Conduct and defend depositions; manage written discovery and e-discovery. Handle mediations, settlement conferences, and regular court appearances. Liaise directly with clients, fiduciaries, beneficiaries, experts, and opposing counsel.Qualifications 2-5 years of recent Trust & Estate litigation experience (required), including probate and fiduciary disputes. Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy; motion practice and deposition experience. Ability to independently manage a caseload with strategic thinking, urgency, and attention to detail. Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar. Preferred first or second-chair trial experience in probate or civil matters and/or contested accountings, will/trust contests, breach of fiduciary duty, removal/surcharge, undue influence, and elder abuse claims.Interested in hearing more?
