HR Data Analyst

DescriptionHR Data AnalystHybrid - must reside in one of our service territories (DE, MD, PA, OH, VA, NC, GA, FL)Your Role in our Success:The HR Data Analyst will play a critical role in the implementation of SuccessFactors, leading data transformation and migration activities and supporting the ongoing reporting and analytics needs of HR. This position will be a key member of the HR Technology team, helping to build a robust, automated, and insight-driven HR function.What You'll be Doing:Lead the transformation and migration of HR data from legacy systems to SuccessFactors, ensuring data integrity and compliance.Develop and execute processes for data mapping, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation during ERP implementation.Design, build, and maintain HR dashboards and reports to support business decisionmaking, forecasting, and workforce analytics.Partner with IT and the HR team to enhance data collection processes and ensure seamless integration across systems.Analyze HR data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement and strategic planning.Support the automation and enhancement of selfservice reporting capabilities for HR and business leaders.Ensure ongoing data governance, quality monitoring, and compliance with HR data policies and standards.Train HR team members and endusers on new data/reporting tools and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within HR Operations.Where You'll be Working:Hybrid, travel to office during project include may include 1 week per month to our DE and/or FL location(s).Who You Are:Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.Work Experience: Three (3) years' experience in:HR data management, reporting, or analyticsWorking in crossfunctional teams and managing multiple prioritiesHandson experience with HRIS platforms (SuccessFactors, SAP, UKG, Workday, etc.) and data migration projectsDriver's License: Regular Driver's LicenseFamiliarity with predictive analytics and workforce modeling. Demonstrated ability to transform complex HR data into clear, actionable insights that drive business decisions and execution.Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).Strong understanding of HR processes, data governance, and compliance requirements.Analytical mindset with excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.Effective communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts for nontechnical audiences and collaborate with a variety of stakeholders.Knowledge of data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements in HR (e.g., GDPR, SOX).What makes us great...At the heart of our Company is a dedication to delivering energy that drives progress.
