The ideal candidate brings both strategic global trial leadership and a hands-on operational mindset - someone who can confidently lead international cross-functional teams, oversee global vendors and CROs, and still comfortably work "in the weeds" to proactively solve problems, remove roadblocks, and keep studies moving forward.This role is best suited for a Senior Clinical Project Manager who thrives in fast-paced, high-accountability environments where timelines move quickly, priorities shift often, and strong execution is critical.
