This job entails
Project Management
Managing projects from start to finish, juggling multiple projects at once
Creating inspiring, strategic and innovative ideas for the agency and our clients
Organizing project materials (spreadsheets, budgets invoices, documents, agendas) in clear, meticulous ways at every stage of a project’s lifespan
Updating Asana to reflect the status of your projects, and communicating issues to management
Delegating to coworkers and/or outside vendors
Maintaining a database of vendors and freelance resources
Crafting “run of shows” and project management plans (both in document form and in Asana)
Drafting proposals, budgets, and scopes of work for internal review
Participating in creative brainstorms to generate ideas for clients
Communicating a project’s vision and goals to the Design Department for creative asset development
Researching innovative trends in art, event, and programs globally
Working with partners to develop fruitful relationships
Be able to effectively visualize and create concepts into the end product, giving direction on photography style, imagery, typography, iconography etc
Presenting concepts to clients for approval
Managing the schedule of projects, making sure deadlines are hit
Thinking five steps ahead of clients and vendors, anticipating where things can go off the rails
Community building
Collaborate with other departments interviewing vendors, partners, nonprofits, and artists
Create a concept, budget, and workflow for 3-4 mixers at the IP studio a year, each centering around a theme and purpose
Maintain a database of small businesses and organizations interested in working with IP
Responding to interest from small businesses and organizations
Qualifications
Must have a college degree or relevant experience
2-3 years of Event experience
Hospitality experience preferred
Must have strong communication skills, and highly organized
Must demonstrate production competencies: client focus, accountability for results, team effectiveness, developing others, attention to detail, flexibility and professional confidence
You’ve mastered Asana, Google Drive, Microsoft Suite, social media platforms

Competitive salary commensurate with experience ranging from $60,000 - $70,000 with employer covering 80% of BCBS health insurance and dental, disability and life insurance in addition to a comprehensive retirement and 401k matching program and generous PTO.
Applicants must be based in the Boston area. Isenberg Projects has a hybrid work environment with the team gathering together 3 days a week at our Boston office or more if need be.
