Technical Analyst

SHR Talent is partnering with client in its search for a Technical Analyst I to support day-to-day IT Service Delivery operations across 20 sites in the Dallas and Fort Worth areas. The Technical Analyst I is an onsite role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving technical issues, and is committed to delivering an exceptional user support experience.To be successful as the Technical Analyst I, you will have a strong understanding of service management best practices and frameworks, critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt and analyze systems, excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to collaborate and gain stakeholder buy-in, and will be proactive and flexible with the ability to navigate service gaps, manage high ticket volumes, and support peak operational periods.Responsibilities:Provide daily support for IT Service Delivery operations, including troubleshooting and resolving ticketsRespond to user requests and deliver high-quality, user-focused technical assistanceLog, track, and maintain detailed records of issues for efficient resolution and knowledge sharingTroubleshoot technical problems and escalate to appropriate teams when neededIdentify correct technical areas or external vendors for resolution and coordinate cross-team effortsDeliver clear and timely updates to users and teammates throughout issue lifecyclesParticipate in 24x7 on-call rotations as requiredTravel occasionally within Texas and periodically to other regions to support operationsPerform additional duties as needed to support the broader missionQualifications:1–4 years of recent experience in technology, service desk, or helpdesk support rolesExperience supporting IT Service Management (ITSM) initiatives and continuous improvementHealthcare IT experience, a plusITIL certification, a plusA+ or Microsoft certifications, preferred, or equivalent education or experience
