Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) Night Shifts Location: Dallas, TX Shift Type: 12- and 24-hour shiftsWe are looking for Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNPs) to join our dedicated team in providing exceptional care to neonates in the Metro Dallas area. Work alongside an expert team Collaborate with NNPs, Residents, Fellows, and Neonatologists.Diverse and fast-paced environment Manage 8-10 patients per day shift and 20-30 patients per night shift in a Level 3 & Level 4 NICU.Engage in critical care procedures Attend high-risk deliveries and perform specialized neonatal procedures.Flexible scheduling 72 weekend hours required in a 6-week period, including Friday nights through Monday morning.No on-call responsibilities Enjoy a balanced work-life schedule.Advanced technology & resources Work with EPIC EMR and receive training from some of the best in the field. Qualifications: Board Certified NNP (or APRN with authorization in Family, Adult, Pediatric, Neonatal, PMHNP, or Women's Health) 3+ years of Level 3 and/or Level 4 NICU experience (as an RN and/or NP) Must reside within 1.5 hours of Dallas (Relocation assistance available) Texas license (or willingness to obtain) BLS & NRP certification (or willingness to obtain) COVID vaccination required Clean malpractice and license history Compensation & Benefits: Competitive hourly rate: based on experience Sign-on Bonus Relocation assistance (if relocating 100+ miles from Dallas) Comprehensive benefits package, including:Medical, dental, and vision insuranceLife and disability insuranceFlexible spending accountsAnd more!
