Microsoft Systems Engineer Hybrid (North Charleston, SC)Salary: $110,000 $125,000 Work Model: Hybrid 2 days remote, 3 days onsite in North Charleston, SC Engineer the Future of Secure Systems! We're looking for a Microsoft Systems Engineer passionate about automation, system design, and delivering innovative solutions. This role focuses on engineering and integrating advanced software systems for mission-critical defense operations. What You'll Do:Automate system administration tasks and troubleshoot complex issues Develop scripts to detect and resolve anomalies in datacenter environments Create automated test cases and generate reports Design and optimize system architectures for efficiency and sustainability Support and maintain Microsoft enterprise products (Exchange, SQL, SharePoint) Prepare technical briefs and collaborate with engineering review teams What You Bring:U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance DoD 8140/8570 IAT Level II certification 5+ years of experience in systems engineering with automation focus Expertise in Microsoft Windows Server and enterprise products Strong PowerShell scripting skills Knowledge of virtualization (VMWare, Hyper-V, AWS) and Agile methodologies Bonus Points For:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering 10+ years of systems engineering experience Familiarity with Git, GitLab, Ansible, and scripting languages (Bash/Python) Certifications: Microsoft, Red Hat, CISSP, ITIL, Scrum/Agile Join a team where innovation meets impact.
