Job Title: QA Lead/API AutomationLocation: Atlanta, GAJob Description:A QA Lead is responsible for leading a team of testers in order to ensure the quality of software products or systems. They work closely with software development teams in order to identify and fix defects before release. A QA Lead usually has at least 4 years of experience in software testing and is familiar with various software testing tools and methodologies. QA Lead ResponsibilitiesLeading a team of testers and be responsible for the quality of their workCreating test plans and strategiesIdentifying and documenting defectsTracking Quality Assurance metrics (e.g. defect density, open defect count)Participating in daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, and sprint retrospectivesCoordinating with other teams to ensure timely delivery of quality software productsQA Lead Requirements & Skills4 years of experience in software testingLead a team of QA engineers to ensure high-quality software delivery.Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Java Selenium, API testing tools like Rest Assured, and AWS services.Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies and toolsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to lead and motivate a team of testersAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlinesExperience with test management tools (e.g. JIRA, Quality Center)
