Job Title: QA Automation Engineer – AI ExperienceLocation: Atlanta, GA OnsiteExperience: 8+ Years (including AI-related testing experience)About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled QA Automation Engineer with AI experience to design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks while ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of AI-powered applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in test automation, software quality assurance, and validation of AI/ML-driven systems.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks for web, mobile, API, and AI-powered applications.Create and execute automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks.Validate AI/ML model outputs for accuracy, consistency, bias, performance, and reliability.Develop test strategies for Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), chatbots, recommendation systems, and machine learning applications.Design test cases covering prompt validation, hallucination detection, response quality, safety, and guardrail testing.Perform API, integration, regression, performance, and end-to-end testing.Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, Data Scientists, and ML Engineers to define quality requirements.Implement automated testing within CI/CD pipelines.Analyze defects, identify root causes, and drive quality improvements.Monitor test execution, generate reports, and provide quality metrics to stakeholders.Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and responsible AI standards.
