As a Senior FullStack Developer at XMG, you are an equity partner and will set the tone to a pivotal role in designing, architecting, and implementing both the front-end and back-end components of our cutting-edge application. You will lead technical discussions, mentor a team of skilled developers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create efficient, scalable, and secure software solutions. Responsibilities: Lead the architectural design and development of user-centric features for the AI-powered app SaaS solution Create clean, efficient, and reusable code and libraries to enhance the product's performance and maintainability Optimize application responsiveness, scalability, and security to deliver exceptional user experiences Collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, and UX/UI designers to translate requirements into seamless technical solutions Take ownership of code quality, conduct thorough code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing timely solutions to maintain uninterrupted product functionality Stay at the forefront of AI and ML advancements, leveraging the latest technologies and methodologies to enhance the application's AI capabilities Mentor and inspire fellow developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence within the team Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the overall development lifecycle efficiency Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) Minimum of 10 years of proven experience as a FullStack Developer, specializing in web application development Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and popular frameworks like React or Angular Strong expertise in back-end technologies, such as Node.js, Python, or Java, and the ability to design scalable and robust APIs Extensive experience with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB, and optimizing database performance for large-scale applications Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts and practical experience implementing AI technologies into web applications Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and libraries, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn Solid understanding of cloud platforms like AWS or Azure, and experience deploying and managing applications in a cloud environment Proficiency in designing and integrating RESTful APIs, and integrating with third-party services Strong knowledge of software development principles, design patterns, and coding best practices Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for tackling complex technical challenges Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead and work within a team environment Preferred Qualifications: Degree in computer science or equilvelant experience (prefered) Previous experience working with AI-powered SaaS solutions or similar innovative products Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in an Agile development environment Compensation: Equity Opportunity: Joining XMG isn't just a job; it's a chance to claim your stake in history.
