Ticketing Representative (Part Time)

PART TIME POSITION SUMMARYTicketing Representatives will assist with all aspects of event day ticket operations at Energizer Park Ticket Office. Energizer Park will be hosting roughly 40+ ticketed events throughout the year and this position(s) will play a critical role in customer experience by providing the highest level of customer service, resolution of ticket issues and interacting with fans to ensure the smoothest ticketing experience possible. This role reports to the Manager of Ticket Operations.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Troubleshoot and solve issues/errors concerning ticket management, mobile app, and scanning.Box office duties on match days and other arena events; providing excellent customer service and box office needs and tasks for all MLS and non-MLS ticketed events at Energizer Park.Provides in-person customer service for tickets, seating, and stadium inquiries.Utilizes ticketing database, SeatGeek, to support necessary ticket sales, service, and operations.Assists ticket holders requiring accessible seating on event days.Other duties as assigned.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:Must maintain professional behavior and appearance.Must have good decision-making skills, solid judgment, and interpersonal effectiveness.Must have strong teamwork and relationship management skills and work effectively with all personalities to support a strong, unified culture.Must have an interest and ability in serving others as one of the primary functions of their job.Must possess effective communication skills; must be comfortable with engaging in a variety of different communicative modes (verbal, non-verbal, and written) and being attuned to others through strong, active listening skills.Must be able to identify problems, their sources, and their potential solutions.Must be able to maintain a positive and professional attitude while handling difficult situations.Ability to react appropriately in emergency and high-stress situations.Able to work long and flexible hours, including holidays, weekends, and all events as needed.Maintain regular and reliable attendance.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:High school degree or equivalent.Box Office and or/SeatGeek experience is a plus.PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
