Learn more at: https://www.yealink.com/enResponsibilitiesProvide timely and professional technical support and guidance about design, configuration, deployment and troubleshooting of Yealink Microsoft Teams phone and video related products to regional resellers, end users through telephone, email, or onsite visit, etc.Provide online or onsite product trainings and demos for resellers and end user IT team, maintain good customer technical person relationship.Document customer technical questions, assist in updating and maintaining internal knowledge bases and technical documentation.Collaborate with internal sales engineer team to resolve complex technical issues.Collaborate with internal sales team to sync up projects or reseller necessary business information.QualificationsCommunication, electronics, computer and other related majors, bachelor degree or above.Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Familiarity with computer systems, mobile devices, or other tech products.Understand Microsoft Teams room and Zoom Room technologyUnderstand Audio visual industry and technologyBasic understanding of network configuration and troubleshooting.Excellent customer service awareness, communication and coordination, strong ability to promote implementation.Excellent communication and written expression skills, able to independently carry out customer visits / on-site DEMO / speaking in industry event and other key Business.
