We're a profitable, growing company ($350K ARR on SaaS) operated remotely across the US and Europe.We've just opened a Full-Cycle Sales role to replace a teammate moving on. We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running, owns their pipeline end-to-end, and thrives in a high-velocity SMB environment.The RoleYou'll own the entire sales cycle — from cold outreach to closed deal — selling our product to local businesses, agencies, and service providers across the US.This is a high-volume, small-ticket motion. Average deal size sits between $150 and $300, with short cycles and fast decisions. You won't be chasing 6-figure enterprise deals. You'll be running a clean, repeatable, daily sales machine.What You'll Do- Prospect SMBs through outbound channels: cold calls, LinkedIn, email sequences- Run discovery calls, product demos, handle objections, and close- Manage a high-volume pipeline with disciplined CRM hygiene- Hit weekly activity and revenue targets- Share feedback with product and marketing to improve conversion rates- Operate fully autonomously in a remote environmentWhat We're Looking For- 2–4 years of full-cycle sales experience in SaaS or digital services- Proven track record selling to SMBs / local businesses- Hands-on experience with Google Business Profile (formerly Google My Business) — local SEO, listings, reviews, citations- Comfort with high-velocity, small-ticket sales motions- Fluent English (native or near-native)- Self-starter who doesn't need to be micromanaged- Familiar with sales tools: HubSpot or Pipedrive, Apollo or Lemlist, LinkedIn Sales NavigatorBonus Points- Previous experience at Yext, Birdeye, Podium, BrightLocal, SOCi, Uberall, Vendasta, or a Local SEO agency- Spanish-speaking, with experience selling to Hispanic SMB market in the US- History of consistently hitting quota on SMB dealsCompensation- US-based: Base $45–55K + OTE $75–90K (uncapped commission)- Fully remote- Paid time off- Performance bonusesLocationThis is a fully remote role.
