Director of Operations (Southern NH) (Reports to GM/Onsite role)Strong communicator/leader responsible for strategy, budgets, capacity increases, compliance & supply chain throughout new product onboarding. ERP/MRP/data-driven decision-makingStrengths: Planning, analysis, cross-functional collaboration, staffing augmentation.Operations: Thin film / camera / optics production, supply chain mgt, facilities and qualityResponsibilitiesOperational Leadership - Mfg, production, supply chain & logistics; operational performance, safety, quality, delivery & cost objectives; yield improvement & on-time delivery. Strategic Planning & Execution - Corporate goals/growth initiatives. Translate business objectives into actionable plans with measurable outcomes. Capacity planning, capital investments, and facility expansion.Continuous Improvement - Lean Mfg, Six Sigma; process improvement initiatives. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational dashboards.Financial & Business Management - Operating budgets, forecasts, and cost controls. Drive margin improvement through productivity gains, cost reduction & process optimization. Partner with Finance to analyze performance and support strategic decision-making.Compliance & Risk Mgt - ITAR / EAR / US Gov’t. / ISO / Mil Specs / Export ControlsLeadership & Talent Development - Build, lead and develop high-performance teams. Establish succession planning; create leadership training programsCross-Functional Collaboration - New Product Introduction, Process Development & DFM.
