Operations Manager (Nashua)

My client, a small, recently acquired developer of electro-optics devices for DoD end users needs a seasoned tech-exec to create a first-class scalable mfg. operation in anticipation of explosive growth. Responsible for Thin film, camera & optics production. DoD client experience is REQUIRED.DutiesOperational Leadership - Mfg., supply chain, logistics; quality, cost objectives; yields & on-time delivery.Strategic Planning & Execution - Translate business goals into actionable plans with measurable outcomes. Capacity planning, capital investments, and facility expansion.Continuous Improvement - Lean Mfg, Six Sigma; Establish/monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational dashboards.Financial & Business Mgt. - Budgets, forecasts & cost controls. Margin improvement, productivity, cost reduction & process optimization.
