Sparta Networking is supporting a leading aviation company at a major airline hub in Charlotte, North Carolina in the hiring of experienced FAA-certified A&P Mechanics.This position focuses on line maintenance operations, including overnight maintenance, gate support, and AOG response. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, detail-oriented, and experienced in fast-paced airline environments where aircraft must return to service efficiently and safely.Full-time and contract opportunities available.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform line maintenance inspections and routine servicingTroubleshoot and correct aircraft discrepanciesRemove and install aircraft componentsRespond to gate calls and AOG situationsConduct operational and functional checksEnsure compliance with FAA regulations and company proceduresComplete accurate logbook and maintenance documentationRequired QualificationsFAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License – RequiredMinimum 1–2+ years commercial aircraft experience preferredPrevious line maintenance experience strongly preferredExperience on Boeing or Airbus aircraft a plusAbility to work nights, weekends, and holidaysMust pass background check and drug screeningCompensation$30.00 - $38.00 per hour (based on experience)Overtime opportunities availableLong-term placement potentialAbout Sparta NetworkingSparta Networking is a national workforce solutions firm specializing in aviation, healthcare, skilled trades, and professional staffing.
