You'll install, start up, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industry-leading smokehouse equipment while delivering an exceptional customer experience.This is a hands-on, problem-solving role for someone who thrives on technical challenges, enjoys travel, and takes pride in helping customers succeed.You'll report directly to the Director of Operations and collaborate closely with our technical and service teams.What You'll DoInstall, start up, repair, and maintain Pro Smoker equipmentBuild, install, and test electrical control panels in-houseProgram PLCs and smokehouse control systemsPerform scheduled preventive maintenance at customer sitesTroubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues onsite and remotely (phone/email)Create detailed service reports following each visitManage service projects, including scheduling and shipping coordinationUpdate troubleshooting manuals and documentationRespond quickly and effectively to customer needsAdvise customers on equipment performance and make upgrade recommendationsCollaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless customer supportOvernight travel may be required.
