Come work at HEN and be inspired by a team of talented, seasoned maintenance professionals!What You'll Do:Maintain the pulse of our visionary machinery and mechanical systems by ensuring they are production ready!Keep our machines production-ready and running smoothly.Perform preventive maintenance on blowers, motors, pneumatics, electronics, conveyor systems, and more.Troubleshoot and repair automated and semi-automated machinery.Collaborate with production staff on basic maintenance techniques to reduce downtime.Use precision tools to inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical issues.Maintain and repair building systems including HVAC, fire prevention, and access control.Fabricate parts when needed using machine shop equipment.Complete daily tasks via work orders and collaborate across departments.Who You Are:We're looking for enthusiastic individuals with a technical background and a passion for maintenance and machinery.
