The Department of Thoracic/Head & Neck Medical Oncology (THNMO) at MD Anderson Cancer Center invites applicants for a full-time academic appointment at the level of professor. This position offers the opportunity for professional growth and development by joining an exciting and active group of clinicians, physician-scientists, and clinical, basic science, and translational investigators. The successful candidate will closely interact with the many ongoing research programs of the department focusing on carcinogenesis and prevention, treatment, biomarker development, and other projects in support of personalized medicine. The faculty member will have access to THNMO's substantial patient resources, core facilities, animal models, molecular pathology laboratories, and educational/training programs.Responsibilities will include clinical care, and teaching in the Department of Thoracic/Head and Neck Medical Oncology and will participate in clinical research trial enrollments for our patients.
