I'd love to connect.Responsibilities:Maintain updated status documentation of all case files in the case management systemRepresent the client at hearings, trials, mediations, depositions, and litigationDraft, review, and modify claims, motions, discovery responses, demand letters, pleadings, subpoenas, memorandums, and other legal documentsSettle on the clients' behalf when appropriate and negotiate reasonable agreementsManage a team of personal injury paralegals, legal assistants, case managers, litigation paralegals, and legal secretaryQualifications:State license to practice law and State Bar Association membership is mandatoryMust be computer proficientSuperior research, negotiation, drafting, and communication skills are highly valuedA bachelor's degree and a J.D. degree is requiredKnowledge of personal injury law/ tort law, medical terminology, wrongful death, civil and family law, and medical malpractice is vitalAbout Company:Located in Charleston, South Carolina, Ty Robinson Law Firm is dedicated to providing compassionate and effective legal representation for clients in various personal injury cases, including car accidents, tractor-trailer accidents, and wrongful deaths.
