Senior System Administrator
About the RoleWe're looking for a hands-on ServiceNow System Administrator to own the day-to-day configuration, maintenance, and optimization of our ServiceNow platform. You'll be the go-to technical resource ensuring the platform runs reliably, scales with business needs, and delivers value across ITSM, ITOM, and adjacent modules.What You'll DoAdminister and configure the ServiceNow platform including user management, roles, groups, and access controlsBuild and maintain workflows, forms, business rules, UI policies, and notificationsSupport ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service CatalogManage upgrades, patches, and platform health — including MID server administrationCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into platform configurationsTroubleshoot issues and serve as Tier 2/3 escalation support for platform-related problemsMaintain documentation for configurations, processes, and integrationsWhat You Bring3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow administration experienceProficiency in configuring core ITSM modules (Incident, Change, Problem, CMDB)Familiarity with scripting in ServiceNow (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts)Experience with integrations via REST/SOAP APIs or IntegrationHubServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) requiredStrong communication skills and a service-oriented mindsetNice to HaveExperience supporting MSP or multi-client environmentsITIL v4 Foundation certificationExposure to SecOps, GRC, or HRSD modulesFamiliarity with CMMC or other compliance frameworks
