Qualifications Required knowledge and skills Knowledge in subject specialty and course requirements demonstrated by an academic record of a minimum 3.0 GPA. Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong leadership skills and self-initiative. Strong computer skills. Required experience Prior tutoring experience preferred, but not required. Required educational background Must be enrolled in at least 1 credit hour with Butler Community College.
