Primary duties include answering phones, greeting students, other general office duties, and providing customer service to employees and students. Qualifications Required knowledge and skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office preferred. Ability to establish and maintain productive work relationships with staff and students. Able to work independently to complete assignments neatly and accurately with little supervision. Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding student information. Required experience General office environment. Computer experience preferred. Required educational background Must be enrolled in at least one credit hour at Butler Community College.
