2026 Overnight Desk Clerk - SeasonalCape Cod's only double Forbes Five-Star resort is seeking a guest reception agent. This person will be responsible for welcoming guests in a genuine and gracious manner, checking them in and out, and familiarizing them with the features and amenities of the resort. The role requires excellent verbal communication and organizational skills. The person must enjoy guest interaction and have ability to anticipate and accommodate guest requests. The guest reception agent must provide a warm welcome and fond farewell to guests, creating a memorable impression with each guest interaction.The responsibilities of the guest reception agent include:Checking guests in and out of resort in a warm and friendly mannerBeing knowledgeable of all the features and amenities, and daily programming of the resortUtilizing the resort's property management systemProviding excellent customer serviceCommunicating all guest requests with appropriate departmentsAssisting booking reservations as requestedAssisting the resort's concierge as neededA college degree and previous experience in a luxury hotel is preferred.Workers will be paid no less than $19.42 per hour; returning workers and workers with more experience may be paid higher wage rates up to $20.50 per hour.
