Reporting to the Therapeutic Area Head, GU Oncology, they will support the US Medical Directors across activities to ensure cross-functional alignment and execution of the US Medical Affairs strategy as outlined below Generate a consolidated Medical Affairs strategy and tactical roadmap that integrates across medical affairs activitiesSupport cross-functional teams to identify medical barriers and opportunities, help to prioritize and execute MAF led initiativesProvide subject matter support across the GU Oncology portfolio to support current and future indications with a strong understanding of the competitive landscapeDrive the strategic vision for medical education content for field medical and field V&E teams. Partner with MCSE teams on content development, review, and approval of fair-balance advertising and promotional education content for commercial teamsDrive the strategic vision for medical education content for field medical and field V&E teams. The anticipated base pay range for this position is $122,000 to $212,000.The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is acash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year.
