Lot Technician & Maintenance - Parking Lots

Earn $18 per hour M-F 9am - 5pm Full-time hours & great benefits! Must have a valid DL and vehicle to use. Founded in 2000, Platinum Parking has grown to be one of the leaders in the industry. Platinum Parking is looking for a Full-Time Lot technician/maintenance porter. The ideal candidate will have a parking equipment repair experience or strong technical skills Requirements: Technical ability Knowledge with Parking equipment preferred Have a valid Texas Driver’s License Capable of working in a fast pace environment Must be courteous and friendly with the ability to communicate effectively Be willing to undergo Pre-employment Background and Driver’s record checks Be willing to undergo random drug screenings Must be a self-starter who is comfortable working alone Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision Duties:· Maintain & Repair Pay Stations· Installation and Removal of Pay Stations· Installation and removal of signage· Pothole repair· Landscaping· General Maintenance· Reporting on Lot status· Ability to work 5 Days a week Monday-Friday (Some Weekends but very few)· Able to climb ladders if needed· Able to lift 50lbs. Education: High school or equivalentLanguage: English (required)
