Lot Technician & Maintenance - Parking Lots

The ideal candidate will have a parking equipment repair experience or strong technical skillsRequirementsTechnical abilityKnowledge with Parking equipment preferredHave a valid Texas Driver’s LicenseCapable of working in a fast pace environmentMust be courteous and friendly with the ability to communicate effectivelyBe willing to undergo Pre-employment Background and Driver’s record checksBe willing to undergo random drug screeningsMust be a self-starter who is comfortable working aloneMust be able to work independently with minimal supervisionDuties Maintain & Repair Pay Stations Installation and Removal of Pay Stations Installation and removal of signage Pothole repair Landscaping General Maintenance Reporting on Lot status Ability to work 5 Days a week Monday-Friday (Some Weekends but very few) Able to climb ladders if needed Able to lift 50lbs.EducationHigh school or equivalentLanguageEnglish (required)PIe7d0a6ae7afc-25448-40418249
