Job Title: Marketing Manager, CampaignReports to: Senior Manager, MarketingFLSA: Exempt/SalariedEEO: First/Mid-Level Officials and ManagersManages others: YesLocation: Hybrid / Remote (as applicable)Department: MarketingGeneral Job DescriptionUnder the direction of the Senior Manager of Marketing, the Marketing Campaign Manager, Creative is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels. This role is responsible for driving strategic planning, creative briefing, campaign optimization, and cross-functional alignment to ensure programs deliver meaningful business results. The ideal candidate brings B2B or agency experience, leadership capabilities, and the ability to turn audience insights into powerful campaign strategies.Essential ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute integrated marketing campaigns acrossdigital, social, paid media, and offlinechannels, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and brand voice.Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define campaign goals,objectives,target audiences,and success metrics.Establish campaign KPIs and performance benchmarksto guide planning and inform optimization.Ensuretimelyexecution of keycampaigninitiatives, managing timelines, deliverables, and cross-team coordination.Lead thecreation of comprehensive, insight-driven campaign briefs by synthesizing:Campaign performance dataSales and market trendsAudience researchand persona insightsStakeholder inputProvidestrong strategic and creative insights that anchor the campaign's messaging, value proposition, and channel mix.Ensure the campaigns address real audience needs while supporting business goals.Collaborate with the Senior Manager, marketing team, andexternalvendor partners to develop creative optimization strategies that improveperformance across channels.Analyze campaign results,industry trends, and audience behavior to refinemarketing strategiesandfutureexecution.Translate performance insights into actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.Manage and mentormembers of the creative marketingteam, supporting hiring,onboarding,training, andongoingperformance development.Oversee campaign budgets and ensure resources areallocatedeffectivelyto maximize ROI.Foster cross-functional collaboration andmaintainstrong communicationwith partners across the organization.Position Requirements (Skills, Knowledge, Abilities)ExperienceMinimum 8-10 years of professional experience in:Marketing campaign planning,execution, and optimizationDeveloping creative marketing strategies informed by data and audience insightsManaging and leading people, including team development and vendor oversight.Collaborating across functions such as sales, product,and creative teams.B2B marketing experience strongly preferredAgency experience preferred,particularly withcampaign developmentorcreative briefingKnowledge and SkillsBachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications,or equivalent experience.Strongstrategic thinking and theability to translateinsights into compelling campaign direction.Expertisein performance measurement, KPI development, and data-driven decision-makingStrong communicationand presentation skillsStrong communicationand stakeholder management skills, with the ability toinfluence acrossteamsAbility to manage multiple projects with competing deadlinesComfort working in cross-functional environmentsLeadership, mentoring, and coaching capabilities.Proficiencyin marketing calendar management and multi-project coordinationWPS CompetenciesCommunication: Clearly and professionally convey information to colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
