This role will own channel-level performance, drive growth through paid media, and translate data into actionable marketing strategies.What you will DO:Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing ad campaignsManage Amazon or ecommerce advertising channels (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display; DSP exposure a plus)Develop channel-level strategies aligned with business and growth objectivesAnalyze campaign performance using data-driven insights (ROAS, ACOS, CPC, CVR, etc.)Build performance reports and dashboards with clear insights and recommendationsConduct keyword research, audience targeting, and budget optimizationTest and scale new ad formats, creatives, and bidding strategiesCollaborate cross-functionally to align promotions, launches, and messagingWhat you will NEED:3+ years of experience in channel marketing or performance marketingProven, hands-on experience managing Amazon Ads campaignsStrong data analytics skills with the ability to translate numbers into strategyExperience with digital marketing ads planning, execution, and optimizationProficiency with reporting and analytics tools (Amazon Ads Console, Excel/Google Sheets, BI tools)Solid understanding of paid media KPIs and attributionStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsPreferred / Nice-to-HaveAmazon DSP experience (audience targeting, retargeting, and full-funnel strategies)Experience with additional paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.)Background in eCommerce, DTC, or marketplace-driven businessesExperience with creative testing and performance optimizationFamiliarity with automation tools and bid management platformsApplicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.What you will GET:Competitive base payPerformance bonus10 days of paid national holidaysPaid time off (sick + vacation)100% covered Medical, Dental, Vision, and Basic Life AD&D Insurance for employee, with optional dependent coverage401K retirement plan with employer matchEmployee engagement and annual eventMSI is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
