Program Manager
Position Title: Program ManagerThis role is designed for experienced Program Managers who will take ownership of defense programs with full accountability for financials, schedules, delivery, and customer satisfaction. The position requires a leader capable of turnaround strategies in high-visibility, high-risk programs that are currently facing challenges. Candidates must be comfortable navigating complex environments, defending their strategies, and implementing solutions that will restore program health. The ideal individual will possess a strong technical background and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including senior leadership and customers.
