Senior Program Manager

OverviewWe are actively seeking a Senior Program Manager to oversee and manage the execution of critical programs, ensuring successful delivery of high quality solutions while leading multidisciplinary teams to meet customer requirements. This is a direct hire, full time position.ResponsibilitiesLead planning, execution, and delivery of assigned defense programsServe as the primary contact for program stakeholders, including government agencies, subcontractors, and internal teamsDevelop and maintain program plans, schedules, and budgets, while monitoring performance metricsManage program resources to optimize efficiency and productivityIdentify and mitigate program risks to minimize impacts on objectivesEnsure compliance with government regulations and contractual requirementsCollaborate with business development teams to support program growth and proposal developmentJob Requirements:Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related fieldMinimum 7 years of experience in program management within the defense industryStrong understanding of defense acquisition processes, government contracting, and regulatory requirementsExperience with program management tools such as Earned Value Management (EVM) and Agile methodologiesActive security clearance or ability to obtain onePreferred Skills:Advanced degree in a related fieldProven experience leading and delivering complex defense programsFamiliarity with risk management strategies and mitigation plans#GRP2Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/DisabledBenefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term disability insurance, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
