AN/TPY-2 Hardware SME

deciBel Research has an immediate opening for an AN/TPY-2 Hardware SME in Huntsville, AL. Position Description: The AN/TPY-2 Hardware SME supports the assigned emplacement team in radar emplacement and achieving Initial Operational Capability (IOC). This role involves providing hardware-related updates, addressing test risks, and contributing to any troubleshooting activities. The SME actively participates in all flight test preparatory meetings and events, including EMI/EMC testing. Additionally, they take part in pre-test checkout and calibration activities ensuring the radar system's successful deployment and operation. Education Requirements: Master's Degree in a relevant engineering field from an accredited college or university Experience Requirements: 20+ years of relevant experience in a RADAR related engineering field Special Skills Desired: Previous mobile radar calibration test experience highly desirable Applicant selected must have an active Secret security clearance. Must be a U.S. Citizen.
