You want a platform where IP is taken seriously, infrastructure already exists (docketing systems, partner depth, admin support), and you can focus on clients and growth instead of building from scratch.What You'll DoLead and grow a partner-level IP practice — prosecution, litigation, or a combined practiceCounsel clients on IP portfolio strategy, risk management, and enforcementManage U.S. and international patent filings and coordinate cross-border enforcement strategiesCollaborate with corporate, M&A, private equity, tax, and real estate partners on IP-intensive transactions and diligenceContribute to cross-selling and firm-wide client development across a national and international platformWhat We're Looking For8+ years of experience as a partner or senior counsel in IP law (required)Established practice in patent prosecution, patent litigation, or bothTechnical background that supports credible patent work (engineering, science, or related field preferred)Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to grow within a genuinely supportive, conflict-aware firmIMPORTANT TO KNOWFully remote with office space available if needed.
