Role Description This full-time on-site position, located in New York City and the Bronx, involves serving as an IT Field Specialist. Responsibilities include maintaining and troubleshooting network systems, supporting hardware and software setups, addressing end-user technical issues, and ensuring the security and efficiency of IT systems. Collaboration with internal teams and assisting in the implementation of IT upgrades and updates are also integral to this role. Qualifications Proficiency in Network Administration, Network Security, and general Information Technology.Expertise in Troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring smooth functioning of IT systems.Strong Customer Service skills to effectively support end-users and communicate technical solutions.Knowledge of best practices in IT support for on-site operations.Relevant certiStrong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.Preferred: Experience working in healthcare or nonprofit sectors.
