Role DescriptionThe President of MEECO, Inc. will spearhead the company’s strategic direction and oversee its overall operations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Warrington, PA, requiring leadership in setting organizational objectives, managing financial performance, and ensuring the alignment of day-to-day operations with the company’s vision. Responsibilities include building relationships with stakeholders, fostering a collaborative company culture, guiding the leadership team, spearheading business development, and serving as the face of the organization.QualificationsLeadership and Mid- to Executive-Level Management: Proven experience in management roles and overseeing business operations.Financial Acumen: Proficiency in budget management, forecasting, and financial planning.Business Development: Expertise in developing strategic partnerships, driving organizational growth, and identifying market opportunities.Decision-Making and Problem-Solving: Demonstrated leadership and team-building abilityExperience in relevant industries or sectors and a proven track record of achieving measurable outcomes is highly beneficial.Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or business management desirable
