Job Overview TE Connectivity’s Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team partners with business and enterprise leaders to drive effective planning, forecasting, and performance management. The team applies sound financial principles to deliver actionable insights, ensure strong governance, and support high‑quality decision‑making across the organization. The Manager, FP&A reports to the Director of FP&A and leads a small team of analysts. This role serves as a key financial partner to the CEO, CFO, Board of Directors, Investor Relations, Corporate Strategy, and other enterprise functions. The Manager, FP&A is accountable for delivering accurate, timely, and insightful financial analysis and reporting in support of external earnings guidance, internal forecasting, annual and long‑range planning, and other strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities Lead the quarterly forecasting process in support of external earnings releases, partnering closely with Investor Relations, SEC reporting, and Segment FP&A teams Develop clear, data‑driven analysis and executive‑level messaging for internal and external stakeholders, including Board materials Drive the strategic financial planning process in partnership with Corporate Strategy, delivering strategic plan analysis, modeling, and materials for the CEO, CFO, and senior leadership Manage and develop a team responsible for providing timely, high‑quality decision support through financial analysis, reporting, and business case modeling Oversee the preparation of ad hoc analyses and special projects to support enterprise and business‑level initiatives Partner cross‑functionally across TE Connectivity to influence outcomes, provide financial perspective, and support informed decision‑making Core Competencies Strong analytical curiosity and the ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems Demonstrated people leadership skills, including the ability to create an inclusive, high‑performing team environment Confidence to challenge assumptions and decisions constructively, using data and sound judgment High standards of accountability, integrity, and ownership, with a solutions‑oriented mindset Qualifications & Skills Experience in FP&A, Operations Finance, or Corporate Finance Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organization Bachelor’s degree required; CPA and/or MBA preferred but not required 5–10 years of progressive experience in Accounting or Finance, including familiarity with U.S. GAAP 3–5 years of people management experience Experience working within a complex, matrixed organization Working knowledge of financial systems and reporting tools such as SAP, SAC, and Hyperion preferred Competencies SET: Strategy, Execution, Talent (for managers) COMPENSATION Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $132,800–$166,000 (subject to change dependent on physical location) Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
