Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Located in Richmond, VA, New Patterns ABA is focused on fostering positive outcomes for the communities we serve.  Role Description  This is a contract hybrid role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) based in Jacksonville, FL, with the option for some remote work. Responsibilities include conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs), developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs), providing parent education and training, supervising and training behavior technicians, monitoring client progress, and ensuring compliance with ethical standards. The BCBA will also collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to support client goals effectively.  Qualifications  Expertise in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)Experience in Behavior Management and conducting assessments to design intervention strategiesSkills in Parent Education and training to support generalization and maintenance of skillsBackground in Psychology, particularly in understanding behavior and developmentStrong communication, organizational, and leadership abilitiesHolding current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certificationBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related fieldReliable transportation to travel to client sites when requiredKnowledge of relevant state and federal laws is a plus
