Because you’re someone who loves to learn, enjoys people, and has a real heart to help, we encourage you to join us as a: Learning Development Program SpecialistThis Is What You’ll DoProgram Delivery:Support the delivery of engaging and effective live and virtual training sessionsPrepare training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online contentUtilize learning management systems (LMS) and other technology tools to schedule and manage programsSet up and configure virtual learning environmentsEnsure pre-work is distributed and completedProduce virtual live events by hosting the webinar, setting up breakouts, launching polls and quizzes, managing the clock, and recording sessionsProgram Coordination:Manage the learning calendar and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely program deliveryHandle program correspondence and communicationsTrack and report on program metrics and outcomesDistribute, collect, and compile learning experience evaluationsTrainer Support:Manage the Train-the-Trainer program logistics and support qualified trainersEnsures OPI has a pool of qualified and effective internal and external trainers to sustain our leadership development programsParticipate in communities of practice to foster knowledge sharing and best practicesContent Curation Management:Manage the curated video tutorials and other digital learning assets as needed to support learning design in collaboration with Learning Experience Designers and Leadership Development ManagerThis Is What It TakesBachelor's degree human resource development or related fieldProven experience in learning and development, including virtual classroom production and training deliveryWorking knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and other technology tools (e.g., WebEx, Cornerstone)Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbalStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPassion for learning and developmentPreferred QualificationsExperience in project management and/or program managementExperience with learning program event coordinationExperience with online content provider platformsDo Satisfying Work.
