Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) A community hospital is seeking a Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) to join its inpatient care team. The Med-Surg RN will provide comprehensive nursing care to adult patients with a wide range of medical conditions and post-surgical needs. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plansAdminister medications, IV therapies, and treatments as prescribedMonitor patient conditions and respond to changes in statusProvide wound care and assist with post-operative recoveryEducate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge instructionsCollaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teamsMaintain accurate and timely patient documentationEnsure adherence to hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements Qualifications Active Registered Nurse License (RN)Graduate of an accredited nursing program BLS certificationMinimum 1 year of Med-Surg experience Why western Arizona? 1.
