Data Center Construction ManagerRole OverviewWe are seeking an experienced, hands‑on Data Center Construction Manager to support a large‑scale, mission‑critical data center build in Temple, TX . This role serves as the on‑site Owner’s Representative , responsible for field execution, contractor oversight, MEP and telecom coordination, and schedule adherence . The position is execution‑focused and requires deep familiarity with data center construction sequencing and critical infrastructure systems . This role does not carry design authority or program‑level responsibility.Applicable Job TitlesData Center Construction ManagerConstruction Manager – Critical FacilitiesOwner’s Representative (Data Center Construction)Site Construction Manager – Mission Critical Top Required Skills & Experience Data center or mission‑critical construction executionOwner’s Rep or GC‑side contractor management experienceStrong working knowledge of MEP and telecommunications systemsProven ability to drive schedule, milestones, and field coordinationConfident site leadership and clear communication skillsKey ResponsibilitiesServe as the on‑site Sr. Project Manager overseeing construction executionManage daily field activities and coordinate multiple trades and contractorsDrive construction progress against schedule and critical path milestonesLead site walks, trade coordination meetings, and short‑interval planningCoordinate installation and sequencing of critical systems, including:Electrical power distribution, switchgear, UPS, generatorsMechanical and cooling infrastructure (chilled water / HVAC)Fire protection and life safety systemsTelecommunications and structured cablingIdentify and resolve field conflicts impacting schedule, quality, or safetyMonitor construction quality, safety compliance, and scope execution Technical Qualifications 7–15 years of construction management experience, with significant field execution responsibilityHands‑on experience delivering data center or critical facilities projectsAbility to interpret construction drawings, schedules, and contractor scopesBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)Location & Work EnvironmentLocation: Temple, TXWork Type: 100% on‑siteSchedule: 40 hours per week; no routine overtimeFast‑paced, execution‑driven construction environment Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Temple, TX. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $90.00/hr.
