The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and service, with experience in both dealership and independent shop environments. This role requires a commitment to providing exceptional customer service while maintaining high standards of quality in all repairs and services performed. Duties Perform diagnostics and repairs on a variety of vehicles, focusing on both mechanical and electrical systems. Conduct routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections. Utilize power tools and equipment to complete repairs efficiently and effectively. Interpret schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot complex automotive issues. Work with advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) to ensure proper functionality and safety features are operational. Maintain accurate records of services performed and communicate findings to customers clearly and professionally. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of work while adhering to safety protocols. Skills Proficient in automotive repair techniques with hands-on experience in both mechanical and auto body repair. Familiarity with dealership operations is a plus, along with a solid understanding of automotive service procedures. Strong customer service skills, ensuring a positive experience for all clients. Ability to maintain equipment and tools in good working condition for optimal performance. Knowledge of powertrain components and their functions within various vehicle models. Experience working with power tools safely and effectively. Understanding of automotive schematics for troubleshooting electrical systems. Experience with ADAS technology is highly desirable.
