Our manufacturing teams build industry-leading offroad and performance vehicles with a focus on quality, craftsmanship, and precision.We’re expanding our Manufacturing Offroad Teams and are looking for hands-on technicians who want to build some of the most exciting trucks and SUVs in the world.The RoleAs a Manufacturing Offroad Technician, you will be part of a team-based production environment supporting aftermarket upfitting and offroad builds. Depending on experience and business needs, technicians may be placed on or cross-trained across multiple teams.Manufacturing Teams You May Work On:Aftermarket Upfit / Suspension TeamInstall aftermarket suspension systems, lift kits, leveling kits, and lowering kitsSupport brake, exhaust, wheel/tire, and related offroad componentsPerform suspension teardown and reassembly to manufacturer and Hennessey standardsAccessories & Wiring TeamInstall aftermarket accessories including lights, steps, bumpers, and offroad componentsPerform basic automotive wiring and electrical connectionsEnsure clean, secure, and professional-quality installsBumper & Grille Assembly TeamAssemble aftermarket bumpers, grilles, and sub-assembliesBuild and install wiring harnesses as requiredInspect components for quality prior to final installationFinal Assembly TeamComplete assigned production tasks to finish vehicle buildsPerform detail-oriented installation and final-fit checksWork closely with Quality Control to ensure build accuracyTeardown TeamPerform tear-down of factory components in preparation for upfittingSafely remove suspension, factory hardware, and related systemsPrepare vehicles for next-stage production teamsVehicles You’ll Work OnFord F-150 / F-250Ford BroncoChevy trucks and SUVsOther late-model offroad and performance platformsWhat We’re Looking For5+ years of hands-on experience with aftermarket suspension installs and/or aftermarket vehicle workExperience with lift kits, leveling kits, or lowering kits preferredBasic automotive electrical or accessory installation experience is a plusStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to work independently and as part of a production teamProfessional, reliable, and safety-focusedPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift 50–80 lbs regularlyComfortable standing, bending, and working on vehicles throughout the dayWhy Hennessey Performance Work in a true manufacturing environment, not flat-rate dealership workBuild high-profile, industry-leading offroad vehiclesTeam-based production with opportunities to grow and cross-trainClean, professional shop environmentBe part of a company that sets the benchmark for American performancePay/Benefits:Pay range : $20 - $45 , depending on experience401(k)Dental insuranceEmployee discountHealth insuranceLife insuranceOn-the-job trainingOpportunities for advancementReferral programVision insuranceEducation:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:Aftermarket Suspension: 5 years (Required)Electrical wiring: 5 years (Required)Mechanical assembly: 5 years (Preferred)Manufacturing facility: 5 years (Preferred)Lift/Lower Kit : 5 years (Required)Ability to Commute:Sealy, TX 77474 (Required)
