Dermatology Physician Assistant - Privately Owned Practice

We are seeking an experienced dermatology Physician Assistant to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general dermatology and be comfortable performing medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatologic procedures. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with board-certified dermatologists in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.Key Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive skin exams, diagnose and treat a variety of dermatologic conditions.Perform dermatologic procedures, including biopsies, cryotherapy, excisions, and other minor surgical proceduresDevelop individualized treatment plans and provide patient education regarding skin care and disease prevention.Document patient encounters accurately and timely in the electronic medical record (EMR).Collaborate with supervising dermatologists and clinical staff to ensure quality and continuity of care.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dermatologic treatments, medications, and best practices.Qualifications / Requirements:Licensure:Current, unrestricted Physician Assistant (PA) license in the state of Florida.Experience:Minimum 2–3 years of dermatology experience in a clinical setting (required).Skills:Proficient in dermatologic procedures and skin exams.Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making abilities.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Comfortable managing a high-volume patient schedule.Compensation and Benefits:Competitive salary commensurate with experience.Health, dental, and vision insurance.Paid time off and CME allowance.Supportive work environment with opportunities for professional growth.
