Join us as we bring Deltek solutions to the market to help our customers achieve operational excellence.Position ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Product Marketing Manager at Deltek, you will lead go-to-market strategy for Deltek's small business solutions for professional services firms. You will drive growth through clear positioning, differentiated messaging, and disciplined execution across a portfolio of small business offerings.This is a senior individual contributor role with broad scope and visibility. You will own solution- and portfolio-level go-to-market leadership, including launching new and evolving AI-enabled capabilities, aligning cross-product narratives around Deltek's platform strategy, and supporting customers' transition to cloud-based solutions.This role is ideal for an experienced product marketer who has successfully taken solutions to market, operates comfortably in ambiguity, and applies an AI-first mindset to both product positioning and go-to-market execution.The role reports to the Sr. Director of Product Marketing for Professional Services and partners closely with Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and other key stakeholders supporting Deltek's SMB business.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead end-to-end go-to-market strategy for SMB solutions, including launches, major enhancements, and solution-level initiativesDevelop clear positioning, value propositions, and outcome-based messaging that resonate with small and mid-sized businessesTranslate product strategy and roadmap direction into compelling, market-ready narratives aligned to Deltek's platform strategyPosition AI-enabled capabilities and intelligent features in terms of business outcomes, not feature listsSupport go-to-market efforts that enable customers to adopt and transition to cloud-based solutions, clearly articulating value and impactOwn solution-level storytelling that shows how products work together as an integrated platformPartner with Sales, Customer Success, Enablement, and Marketing on value-based selling motions, competitive positioning, and objection handlingApply product-led growth principles to reduce friction in acquisition and drive adoptionLeverage AI and modern tools to increase the speed, quality, and scale of go-to-market executionRepresent Deltek at select SMB- and technology-focused events and contribute to thought leadershipCandidates should be prepared to share examples of relevant work (e.g., go-to-market plans, solution messaging frameworks, enablement content). Experience using AI tools (such as ChatGPT or Copilot) and standard productivity tools is expected.QualificationsRequired Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field8+ years of experience in product marketing, solutions marketing, or go-to-market rolesDemonstrated experience taking products, solutions, or platforms to marketStrong background in B2B software or technology companies (SaaS preferred)Experience marketing AI-enabled or intelligent software capabilitiesProven ability to develop outcome-based, value-driven messagingExcellent written, verbal, and presentation skillsExperience working effectively in matrixed organizations and influencing without authorityWillingness to travel up to 10-20% annuallyPreferred Experience supporting cloud-based products or cloud adoption initiativesProduct-led growth experienceExperience positioning platform or ecosystem solutionsComfort presenting to senior leaders, sales teams, and external audiencesCompensation InfoThe U.S. salary range for this position is $109,000.00-$165,000.00. This range is subject to change as Deltek takes a number of factors into consideration when determining individual base pay, such as location, job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including incentive compensation and equity.Benefits and perks listed here may vary depending on the nature of employment with Deltek.
