Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Industrial Engineer, based in Fort Worth, TX. The Industrial Engineer will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and productivity. Daily tasks include conducting process evaluations, implementing process improvements, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance operations, and leveraging industrial engineering techniques to streamline workflows within the organization. Qualifications Proficiency in Industrial Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering principlesStrong Analytical Skills to identify areas of improvement and drive efficiencyExceptional Communication skills for effective collaboration with various teamsExpertise in Process Improvement techniques and methodologiesBachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related fieldAbility to work collaboratively and adapt to a dynamic manufacturing environmentFamiliarity with safety regulations and industry standards is preferred
