Job Description:
Position to fill: Sr Sales Director (Hunter), Managed Services, Capital Markets. Industry IT Services. Location: Edison or Jersey City, NJ, USA Salary range: US$140k-$150k base salary + commission (willing to negotiate higher base for right candidate). First year income expectations include a base and total income exceeding $200K plus with an aggressive income acceleration plan. They also offer excellent benefits and senior management training.
Our client is seeking a Sr. Sales Director to expand their IT services business with major Fortune 100 Wall Street clients. In this expansion role, candidate will assume responsibility for approximately 3-4 Engagement Managers and $10 to $15M in revenue, with expectations to significantly increase the team and revenue on a profitable basis. Reports directly to the CEO.
Requirements:
Expertise in selling and engaging various groups in the strategic accounts for application development, QA and support services leveraging offshore delivery capabilities.
Strong fixed income securities knowledge and background.
Exposure to client server, web and mobile technologies.
Exposure to common Wall street technology stack including middleware, databases, etc.
Experience in managing 3-4 onsite engagement managers in multiple geographies.
Experience in managing global account footprint.
Proven track record in successfully growing accounts on existing and net new business.
5 plus years of experience in managing strategic accounts in financial services vertical, preferably capital markets.
Very strong customer orientation (with both customer's business and technology folks) and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record in achieving revenue and GM targets.
Travel Required twice or 3x a month to client site.
Have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree, MBA is a plus.
Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing multiple accounts and overall account management and delivery experience of 10-15 years.
