Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Location: Gunnison, CO | Walsenburg, CO | Grand Junction, CO | Hugo, CO Facility Type: LTC/SNF Shift: 12 hours (Days & Nights) Contract Length: 13 Weeks Start Date: TBD Responsibilities: Monitor patients throughout their treatment. Perform routine checks of patients' vital signs. Ensure that patients take their medication. Assist doctors and registered nurses. Liaise with patients' families. Requirements: Must be certified as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). BLS (AHA). Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a LPN in Long Term Care/ SNF Facilities.
