*Job Description:*
The Assembly and Integration Engineer is responsible for the design, integration, and installation definition of electrical cables and harnesses in the air vehicle using the CATIA 3D Experience applications.
Responsibilities:
· Develop CATIA cable and harness routing conforming to system installation and system separation requirements.
· Synchronize and size CATIA harness bundles with wire data.
· Support the development of wiring diagrams, system architecture, equipment lists, parts lists, and related engineering documentation.
· Define interfaces and provisioning requirements between electrical harnesses, airframe, and surrounding systems IPT's.
· Detail design or parts needed for provision and support of cables and harness installation.
· Develop engineering installation drawings or MBD models.
· Develop harness and cable flattening and form board definitions for use in manufacturing.
· Create and release cable and harness engineering using 3D Experience PLM applications.
Support manufacturing with cable & harness build, test and installation activities
