Project Manager – Electrical Infrastructure & LightingLocation: Salt Lake City Area | Full-Time | In-OfficeCompensation: $60 - $80k DOEA leading electrical distribution company is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Project Manager to oversee complex electrical infrastructure, switchgear, and lighting projects from post-sale through final completion.This is a high-impact role that sits at the center of sales, operations, vendors, and customer execution. The ideal candidate understands electrical distribution, thrives in fast-paced environments, and can confidently manage multiple projects while maintaining profitability, accuracy, timelines, and customer satisfaction.If you enjoy owning projects end-to-end, coordinating technical products, solving problems proactively, and driving execution with urgency and precision, this opportunity is for you.What You'll Be Responsible ForManage lighting, switchgear, and electrical infrastructure projects from kickoff through final deliveryServe as the primary point of contact for customers regarding scope, schedules, approvals, and project updatesCoordinate project timelines, milestones, vendor releases, and critical path deliverablesReview project specifications, submittals, vendor quotes, and technical exceptions for accuracy and complianceManage and process change orders while protecting project profitability and customer expectationsEnter and manage orders in ERP and project tracking systems accurately and efficientlyTrack shipments, returns, documentation, and all project correspondenceCoordinate closely with Sales, Operations, Credit, AP, Vendors, and Customers to ensure seamless executionTroubleshoot and proactively resolve project-related issues, delays, and discrepanciesMaintain organized records of schedules, approvals, revisions, and project documentationBuild and maintain strong vendor and customer relationships through exceptional communication and follow-throughContinuously identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency, project execution, and customer experienceWhat We're Looking ForHigh School Diploma required5+ years of experience in the electrical distribution or electrical construction industry preferredStrong knowledge of lighting products, switchgear, and/or electrical infrastructure strongly preferredProven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExperience coordinating technical or construction-related projects from start to completionStrong customer service and relationship management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively across departmentsIntermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPointExperience with ERP systems, order management platforms, and project tracking tools preferredPreferred BackgroundElectrical distributionCommercial construction
